These terms cover your use of the Mellow Market website and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Mellow Market is a retail shop at 3833 50th Street, Lubbock, Texas.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or unavailable — and if we do, you are not charged, or we refund any amount already collected.

Products, pricing, and availability

We describe products as accurately as we can, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, or price is error-free. Prices and availability can change, and in-store stock moves faster than the website. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected order before fulfilment.

Payment and taxes

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, including any applicable sales tax and shipping. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Pickup and shipping

Pickup orders are collected at the store during posted hours. Shipping is available for eligible items to eligible destinations, shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is picked up or handed to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Use the site for lawful, personal shopping. Please do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse it, and do not resell our content as your own.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes any rights you have that cannot be limited under Texas or federal law. Where liability can be limited, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is handled in the courts located in Lubbock County, Texas.
