Mellow Market keeps this simple. You can browse and shop without creating an account — your cart stays in your browser until you check out.

When you place an order, we collect the items you chose, your name, email, an optional phone number, your delivery choice, and—for shipping—your address, so we can process your order and stay in touch about it. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Rewards and text messages

Grayskull Ventures LLC, doing business as Mellow Market, uses your phone number to identify your rewards account. Optional SMS enrollment is separate from rewards membership and email marketing. We record the number, date, signup source and consent wording when you choose promotional texts.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to operate our messaging service.
